February 17, 2025, ZMEV LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "ZMEV") and
S&B Bridge LLC (hereinafter referred to as "S&B Bridge") of
Mongolia signed a milestone memorandum of cooperation in a friendly
atmosphere. Both parties agree to establish a taxi base in the form of a
joint venture to jointly explore the taxi and ride hailing markets in
Mongolia, injecting new vitality into the country's travel service
sector.Before
the signing of the memorandum, both parties had in-depth communication
and cooperation negotiations. On the afternoon of February 15th, The
staff of S&B Bridge, accompanied by ZMEV, visited the ride hailing
operation center and gained a comprehensive understanding of the
operation mode and process of ride hailing. The next day, ZMEV
accompanied S&B Bridge staff to visit 4S stores of multiple domestic
brands, further deepening their understanding of each brand and model.
Based on the mutual recognition of the Mongolian taxi market and their respective advantages in resources and capabilities, ZMEV and S&B Bridge have decided to work together to jointly build the Mongolian taxi base project. According to the memorandum, both parties will establish a taxi base in the form of a joint venture and supply 3000 to 5000 hybrid vehicles to Mongolia between 2025 and 2027. These vehicles will mainly be used for the operation of taxis and ride hailing services to meet the growing travel demand in Mongolia.
This cooperation is not only a win-win situation at the commercial level, but also an important practice in implementing the global sustainable development strategy. ZMEV, relying on its profound response to the goal of "carbon neutrality", has deeply integrated China's new energy technology advantages with the green development needs of countries along the "the Belt and Road" by launching new energy vehicles to Mongolia on a large scale. This project has pioneered an innovative cooperation paradigm between China and Mongolia in the field of smart transportation. By building green transportation infrastructure, it helps Mongolia establish a low-carbon transportation system and provides replicable commercial solutions for the Asian regional emission reduction commitments under the framework of the Paris Agreement.
In
the future, ZMEV will rely on the three-dimensional strategy of

cross-border industry collaboration network covering research and
development, production, and services. It will create exemplary
international cooperation projects in the fields of intelligent
