01 Indonesia

The consignee must have the right to import and export goods, otherwise it cannot be imported and cleared through customs

02 Saudi Arabia

All goods imported into Saudi Arabia must be shipped on pallets and labeled with the country of origin and shipping marks on the packaging

03 Brazil

a. Only three original copies of the complete bill of lading are accepted and cannot be modified. The bill of lading must display the freight amount (only in US dollars or euros). "TOORDER" bills of lading are not accepted, and the consignee's contact information (phone number, address) must be displayed on the bill of lading

b. The consignee's CNPJ number must be displayed on the bill of lading (the consignee must be a registered company), and the consignee must be a registered company at the destination customs

c. Do not support cash on delivery, do not support overcharging at the destination port, wooden packaging needs to be fumigated, and more attention should be paid to LCL quotation

04 Mexico

a. To declare AMS bill of lading, the product code needs to be displayed, and AMS information and packing list invoice need to be provided

b. Notify displays third-party notifiers, usually freight forwarding companies or agents of CONSIGNEE

d. The product name cannot be displayed as a general term, detailed product names must be displayed

e. Number of items: It is required to display a detailed number of items, for example, there are 50 boxes of goods in 1 pallet

f. The bill of lading should display the origin of the goods

05 Chile

We do not accept electronic bills of lading. Wooden packaging needs to be fumigated

06 Columbia

The bill of lading must display the freight amount (in US dollars or euros)

07 Panama

a. We do not accept electronic bills of lading. Wooden packaging needs to be fumigated, and a packing list and invoice must be provided

b. Goods transferred through the Cologne Free Trade Zone to Panama must be stackable and forklift operated, and the weight of a single item cannot exceed 2000KGS

08 India

Regardless of FOB or CIF conditions, whether the bill of lading is "TOORDER OF SHIPPER" or not, and whether the bill of lading is in your possession or not, the Indian side can choose not to make payment and the technology is legal. Only the name of the Indian customer needs to be displayed on the BILLOFENTY (import declaration manifest) and IGM (import cargo manifest) of the import declaration. You have lost the right to the goods, regardless of whether the bill of lading is in your possession or not, so it is necessary to prepay 100% as much as possible.

09 Russia

a. Timely payment is required or both parties have long-term cooperation, otherwise it is recommended to make payment first or prepay more than 75%

b. After the goods arrive at the port, be sure to supervise payment and pick-up! Otherwise, after the goods arrive at the port, if no one picks them up, the customs will blacklist the goods or require high fees to be paid

c. Whether it's prepayment, delivery, or final payment, we must constantly supervise and urge

10 Kenya

Adopt PVOC pre shipment verification method. Products listed in the PVOC catalog must obtain a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) before shipment. CoC is a mandatory customs clearance document in Kenya, and without it, the goods will be refused entry upon arrival at the Kenyan port.

11 Maldives

a. Without the permission of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, it is not allowed to import various drugs, sulfuric acid, nitrates, dangerous animals, etc

b. Without permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is not allowed to import alcoholic beverages, dogs, pigs or pork, statues, etc

12 Egypt

a. The Inspection and Quarantine Bureau implements pre shipment inspection and loading supervision work

b. Regardless of whether inspection is required by law, customers are required to provide replacement certificates or receipts, formal inspection authorization letters, packing lists, invoices, and contracts

c. Go to the inspection bureau with the replacement certificate (receipt) to handle the customs clearance work (for statutory inspection, the customs clearance form can be obtained in advance), and then make an appointment with the inspection personnel of the inspection bureau to supervise the loading at the warehouse at a specific time.  

d. After the personnel from the inspection bureau arrive at the warehouse, they will first take photos of the empty boxes, and then check the number of boxes in each shipment. They will check the number of boxes in each shipment and take photos of each shipment until they are all loaded. Then, they will go to the inspection bureau to change the customs clearance form before arranging for customs declaration

e. After customs clearance, it takes about 5 working days to collect the customs clearance and pre shipment inspection verification from the inspection bureau at the destination port. Foreign customers can only handle customs clearance work at the destination port with this certificate

f. All goods exported to Egypt must have their corresponding documents (certificate of origin and invoice) authenticated by the Egyptian Embassy in China, stamped documents, and pre shipment inspection verified before customs clearance and pickup at the destination port in Egypt. The embassy recognizes that customs clearance or export data confirmation must be carried out after customs clearance or export data confirmation

g. The Egyptian embassy certification takes about 3-7 working days, and the pre shipment inspection and verification takes about 5 working days. For other customs declaration and inspection, please consult the local official

13 Pakistan

a. Coal powder, graphite powder, magnesium dioxide, and other dyes packaged in imported paper bags,The materials must be palletized or properly packed, otherwise they will not be unloaded

b. We do not accept ships flying the flags of India, South Africa, Israel, South Korea, and Taiwan to dock

14 Saudi Arabia

All goods transported to Saudi Arabia are not allowed to be transshipped through Aden

15 The United Arab Emirates

All imported food must indicate the expiration date and come with a health and hygiene manual on board, otherwise the port will not unload it

16 Canada

For goods heading to the east coast of the country, winter delivery is best done in Halifax and St. John's (the ports are not affected by freezing)

17 Argentina

According to Argentine law, if the consignee loses a bill of lading, they must declare it to customs. With the consent of customs, the shipping company or its authorized agent shall issue another set of bills of lading, and submit a statement to the relevant authorities to declare the original bill of lading invalid

18 Tanzania

For the goods transported to Dar es Salaam Port and delivered to Tanzania or transferred to Zambia, Zaire, Rwanda, Burundi and other countries, cross marks of different colors shall be painted on the prominent position of the package for classification, otherwise the ship will charge for classification of goods

19 Djibouti

All documents and packaging marks for goods transferred at the port should clearly indicate the final destination port, but the above content cannot be filled in the destination port column of the bill of lading. It can only be indicated on the header or other blank spaces of the bill of lading. Otherwise, the customs will consider it as Djibouti local goods and release them only after the consignee pays import tax

20 Cote d'Ivoire

a. The names of the goods listed on the bill of lading and manifest should be specific and detailed, and cannot be replaced by the type of goods. If the above regulations are not followed, the customs fines incurred by the carrier for this will be borne by the shipper

b. Goods transiting through Abidjan to inland countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso must be marked as "Ivory Coast transit" on the bill of lading, shipping documents, and transportation packaging in order to be exempt from taxes. Otherwise, additional taxes will be levied

21 Nigeria

All imported goods must be inspected and approved by a branch agency of a Swiss notary public before shipment, and obtain "CLEAN REPORT OFF INDINGS" before the consignee can clear customs and pick up the goods

22 Australia

When importing goods packaged in wooden boxes, the wood must undergo fumigation treatment and the fumigation certificate must be sent to the consignee. If there is no wood fumigation certificate, the wooden box will be dismantled and burned, and the cost of replacing the packaging will be borne by the shipper

23 New Zealand

The wooden structure of the container, as well as the wooden packaging and padding materials inside the container, must undergo quarantine treatment before entering customs

24 Fiji

Spring knives and old clothes are prohibited from import

25 Iran

a. Iranian ports for loading and exporting goods, regardless of where the freight is paid, are subject to a 50% freight tax, while imported goods are exempt from freight tax

b. Goods bound for these two ports must be palletized at the loading port, and containerized goods must be palletized before being packed

c. The contents of the cargo documents must be detailed
